At Advance Community Center, we understand that every person and family may face different challenges. Our Community Referral Program helps connect community members with trusted partners, nonprofit organizations, agencies, and companies that may be able to provide the specialized support they need.
Through our network of community partners, we help individuals identify available resources and take the next step toward greater stability, well-being, and independence. Our goal is to make it easier for people to find support, understand their options, and connect with organizations prepared to assist.
Areas of Support
Basic Needs: Food assistance, clothing, housing resources, utilities, and emergency support.
Health and Wellness: Healthcare information, mental health resources, insurance guidance, senior services, and wellness programs.
Family and Financial Stability: Employment services, education, transportation, financial assistance, legal resources, and other supportive programs.
How the Referral Program Works
Our team listens to each community member's situation, helps identify the type of assistance needed, and provides information about appropriate partner resources.
Please note: A referral does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, funding, or services. Each partner organization determines eligibility and availability according to its own guidelines.
